Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp Tony Chacere's
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 tube garlic cheese
  • 1 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • 1 yellow onion
  • parsley for garnish and color

Directions

Melt butter, add seasoning mix, simmer.

Add Tony’s, stir to combine.

When onions are clear add flour, mix to roux consistency.

Slowly add Half & Half, stir until smooth, lower heat.

Add cheese in cubes.

When melted add crawfish.

Combine with cooked pasta and parsley.
