The Accidental Chef Cooking School brings a new attraction to Acadiana for locals and visitors and is the only cooking school in Lafayette.
Our demonstration kitchen, located at 406 Garfield St., is open every day in August but Mondays.
We offer hands-on instruction for class sizes from 10 to 60 guests. Lunches are a three-course, 1-and-a- 1/2 hour class at $50 per person and dinners are a four-course, 3-hour class at $100 per person (wine, beer, tax and gratuity are included).
Also available, are our all day workshops ,which offer a complete cooking school environment for those who want more than a short cooking demonstration.
The Accidental Chef facility is also available to other area chefs who want to showcase their signature dishes.
We also offer catering services, as well as, personalized demonstrations at your home or office.
Our CHEF’S CORNER offers ready to serve entrees and hors d’oeuvres of Italian, Cajun, Creole and Gourmet dishes.
All of our chefs are authentic and provide instructions and stories about the rich Acadiana culture and the dishes created.
