Escape for a full day with The Accidental Chef — a Culinary Course with hands-on training that allows you to immerse yourself in the food, culture and history behind a five-star meal.

Private classes, made to order (a minimum of 10 guests required), are available, as are Group Classes, offering your family, business associates, whomever you please, a chance to experience the great flavors of the South in the heart of French Louisiana.

We will customize the menu for your group, tour, private party or special event and offer cooking demonstrations in your home or office. Experience a “hands-on” class with recipes easily duplicated at home.

Dear Friends of the Accidental Cooking School, It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that our landlord chose not to renew our lease at 406 Garfield St. This means that August 30th is our last day of business at our current downtown Lafayette locale.
